Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will play a crucial role in building trust with our customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively diagnose and resolve lock issues for residential and commercial clients.Perform lock picking techniques to gain entry for clients who are locked out.Provide on-site consultations to assess and recommend appropriate lock solutions.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in locksmith services.Document all service calls and ensure accurate records of locks worked on.Collaborate with team members and assist in training newer locksmith associates.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in lock picking and locksmith services.Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.Certifications in locksmithing are preferred.Experience using various lock-picking tools and systems.A minimum of 2 years experience in the locksmith industry is preferred.Our team culture is one that prioritizes collaboration and continuous learning.
