We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Telecaller to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a full-time Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with customers and promoting our products and services. Your contributions will directly impact our customer engagement and help achieve organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding features and benefits.Maintain records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.Follow up with leads and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.Achieve call targets and contribute to team sales goals.Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective calling strategies.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM tools.Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.Ability to speak multiple languages is a preferred qualification.Our company fosters a vibrant and collaborative team culture where each member is valued and encouraged to grow.
