We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions to their inquiries. As a key contributor to our company’s customer-first philosophy, your communication and problem-solving skills will directly impact our customer relationships and overall business success.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring a prompt resolution of issues.Gather and document customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product quality.Assist customers with product selection and offer guidance on product use and features.Manage customer complaints effectively and professionally, striving for resolution on the first contact.Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction metrics.Train new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.Required and Preferred QualificationsMatric Certificate or equivalent qualification.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.We pride ourselves on our supportive and inclusive company culture that values teamwork, diversity, and personal growth.
