Role OverviewThis is a high-impact opportunity for a senior-level Media Buyer to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Glasgow. Serving primarily the UK renewable energy sector, the company is a results-driven business focused on delivering high-quality lead generation through creative video ads and robust automated funnels. This role is remote, specifically open to candidates based in South Africa, working a strict 9-5 schedule in the GMT timezone.As a pivotal member of the delivery team, you will manage the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns, with a heavy focus on Meta (90%) and supporting Google Ads (10%). You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable ROI. You will work closely with the Creative Lead and Account Management team to turn strategy into execution, ensuring seamless transitions from ad click to CRM integration. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Search, Display, and Performance Max.Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to improve CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.Design and optimize landing pages using Perspective to maximize conversion rates and ensure messaging alignment.Build and manage CRM automations and workflows within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless lead flow and tracking.Scale winning campaigns and identify new growth opportunities within the renewable energy and B2B sectors.Communicate performance data and actionable insights to the internal team and clients to support retention and growth.Manage tasks and client documentation using Monday.com to maintain operational excellence. RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Proven expertise in landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Technical proficiency in integrating landing pages with CRM systems and building lead-nurturing automations.Experience managing PPC/Paid Ads with a focus on high-volume lead generation.Ability to work a strict GMT 9-5 schedule from South Africa.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear performance reports.Nice to HavesDirect experience using GoHighLevel for CRM administration and workflow automation.Experience with Perspective for funnel building.Background in the renewable energy sector (Solar and Battery Storage).Copywriting skills for performance-based advertising.Experience with Monday.com for project management.
