This full-time position offers a chance to make a significant impact by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls and customer inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring clarity and understanding.Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, aiming for first-call resolution.Document customer interactions and outcomes clearly for future reference.Collaborate with team members to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.Meet performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution times.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with call center software and basic computer skills.Able to work flexible hours as needed.Previous experience in a call center is an advantage, but not mandatory.As a Call Centre Agent, you will be part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and mutual respect.
