We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Enrollment Specialist for our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, and Patient Care Technician programs. This part-time position is based in Dallas, Texas, and plays a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by guiding students in their journey towards choosing impactful careers in the medical field. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on student success and community health.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist prospective students with inquiries about program offerings and enrollment procedures.Provide personalized guidance to potential students throughout the enrollment process.Conduct informational sessions and orientations to explain program details, requirements, and career opportunities.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.Collaborate with program coordinators to streamline enrollment processes and address student needs.Follow up with prospects to encourage enrollment and support them in overcoming barriers to entry.Participate in community outreach events to promote our programs and connect with potential students.Your success will be measured by enrollment targets, student satisfaction rates, and your ability to nurture relationships with prospective students.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Demonstrated compassion and empathy when dealing with prospective students.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Experience in customer service or education-related roles is preferred.This role offers a supportive team structure with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
