We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Tally professional to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. You will play a critical role in driving sales while managing accounting processes using Tally, contributing significantly to the overall top-line growth and operational efficiency of our organization. Key Responsibilities Manage daily sales tasks including lead generation, client follow-ups, and closing sales. Utilize Tally software to maintain accurate accounts, track financial transactions, and generate reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and leverage potential sales channels. Prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients to demonstrate product benefits. Analyze sales data to identify trends, prepare forecasts, and develop strategic plans for improvement. Engage proactively with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Document and report regularly on sales performance metrics to the management team. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proficient in Tally software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and sales processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or accounting is preferred.
