This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment within a growing organization, where your contributions will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end material receipt process, including verification against purchase orders.Conduct thorough inspections of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system regularly.Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.Prepare and maintain documentation related to material inspections and receipts.Assist in inventory audits and provide insights for stock optimization.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the material handling process.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications in quality control is a plus.At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.This role is part of a collaborative team that values open communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
