You will work in a vibrant environment where your communication skills and customer service talents will have a significant impact on the satisfaction of our customers and the overall success of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our products/services.Respond to inbound inquiries and assist customers with their issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.Meet and exceed daily and monthly calling targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Required and Preferred QualificationsStrong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to handle objections and navigate through conversations smoothly.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.No formal education requirements; however, proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.As a Telecaller, you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth within the company.
