We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Mystery Shopper to join our team in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. As a remote contractor, you'll play a crucial role in providing insights that can significantly impact our clients' customer service strategies and overall business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct undercover shopping assignments at designated locations to evaluate customer service and product quality.Take detailed notes on observations regarding staff interaction, store presentation, and overall customer experience.Compile and submit comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations using a provided template.Review and analyze feedback from previous sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.Communicate with project managers and teams to clarify assignment details and deliver results on time.Participate in training sessions to ensure understanding of evaluation criteria and reporting standards.Stay updated on company policies and customer service strategies relevant to assigned evaluations.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in customer service or retail environments is a plus.Familiarity with digital reporting tools and software.Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mystery shopping or a similar role.Our team is structured to support seamless communication and collaboration among mystery shoppers, project managers, and client representatives.
