You will be part of a vibrant company that values innovation and creativity, making a significant impact on our marketing efforts and overall business success.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong community around our brand.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.Conduct social media audits and keep up-to-date with industry trends, providing insights and suggestions to improve our social media presence.Write and edit copy for social media posts that adhere to brand voice and marketing goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in content creation, social media strategy, and analytics.Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing.Our team is structured collaboratively, encouraging open communication and creativity. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other marketing specialists to achieve common goals.
