Your contributions will not only enhance our visitor experience but also foster a greater appreciation for these magnificent animals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead guided horse tours, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.Educate visitors about the therapeutic benefits of horses and equine therapy practices.Ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and horses during tours.Assist with the preparation and grooming of horses before tours.Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor while interacting with participants.Collaborate with team members to enhance tour experiences and safety protocols.Collect feedback from guests to measure tour effectiveness and areas for improvement.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Psychology, Equine Therapy, or related field.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in a guide position or related field preferred.Knowledge of equine behavior and care is a plus.Basic First Aid certification is desirable.2+ years of experience in customer service roles.In our vibrant and supportive work environment, you'll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
