As a Locksmith Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their security needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of locksmith services including lock installation, repair, and maintenance.Execute key cutting and duplication with precision, ensuring all specifications are met.Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely manner to assist clients effectively.Diagnose and troubleshoot locking mechanisms, providing effective solutions for customers.Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used for accountability.Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and inquiries.Collaborate with retail and service teams to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsA valid Drivers License.Proven experience in locksmithing, with a comprehensive understanding of various locking systems.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess situations critically.Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to meeting client needs.Familiarity with locksmithing tools and software.Own your own reliable vehicleA minimum of 1 years of experience in locksmith services is desired.Have the tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.This is a 1099 independent Contractor position.
