Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of service reports and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to assess project needs and plan effective solutions. Stay updated with HVAC technologies and advancements through ongoing training. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in HVAC or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HVAC tools and technologies, including diagnostic software. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Certification) preferred.
