We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Growth Manager to lead our Colombia Live Agency's talent acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements as necessary. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies to enhance talent sourcing capabilities. Conduct training sessions for hiring managers to improve their interviewing techniques and overall recruitment efficiency. Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess performance and support strategic decision making. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or high-growth environment. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience with data analysis and reporting mechanisms is preferred. This role will be a part of a lean and agile team structure, working closely with the HR Director and other department heads to address recruitment needs. You will report directly to the HR Director, and will frequently collaborate with leaders across various departments to ensure alignment on talent needs and strategic initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration will be crucial as you partner with teams in marketing, operations, and business development to attract top talent.
