Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and increase brand awareness. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape information, leveraging this data for strategic actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to align branding initiatives with overall business objectives. Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to strengthen brand loyalty and achieve growth targets. Monitor and manage the brand budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources toward high-impact activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management, particularly within the agriculture or biostimulants industry. Strong understanding of market research and analysis methods. Proficient with software tools such as CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
