Your role will significantly impact how clients perceive and interact with spaces, solidifying our reputation in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed 3D models and animations that accurately represent architectural designs.Develop high-quality renderings for marketing and presentation purposes.Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver optimal visual solutions.Utilize AutoCAD and 3ds Max to transform 2D drawings into 3D visualizations.Stay updated on industry trends in 3D visualization to continuously enhance the quality of your work.Present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Architecture or Design.Proficiency in 3D Modeling, Animation, and Architectural Visualization.Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max.At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization or a related field.Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.You will be an integral part of our collaborative team structure, working closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver impactful visualizations.
