As a Hotel Front Desk Agent with SYNIXIS Experience, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests at our Miami Lakes location. In this role, your contributions will greatly impact guests' overall experiences, making their stays enjoyable and memorable.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.Process guest information accurately using SYNIXIS software.Manage reservations and handle changes or cancellations as needed.Address guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions and services.Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all guest needs are met.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.Experience with SYNIXIS or similar hotel management software is preferred.Previous experience in a front desk or hotel-related position is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Our team structure consists of front desk associates reporting directly to the Front Desk Manager.
