In this role, you will have a significant impact on maintaining a high standard of living for our customers by ensuring their cooling systems operate efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to established guidelines and regulations.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of systems.Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.Manage time efficiently while working on multiple projects to meet customer deadlines.Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and services rendered.Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to enhance service delivery.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Proven skills and experience in HVAC systems, particularly air conditioning.Industry-standard certifications such as EPA certification for handling refrigerants.Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.You'll thrive in our team-oriented culture, where open communication and innovation are encouraged.
