As an Elevator Installation Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of elevator systems, greatly impacting the client experience and reliability of our services.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.Conduct regular inspections of elevator systems to identify issues and perform necessary adjustments to optimize performance.Collaborate with project managers to determine installation timelines and requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems in elevator systems as they arise.Document installation processes and maintenance checks to maintain accurate records for quality assurance.Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.Work closely with building contractors and engineers to integrate systems smoothly into structures.Required and preferred qualificationsEducation: ITI in Electrical or Wireman.Required Skills: Strong electrical knowledge, with hands-on experience in elevator installation.Preferred: Familiarity with elevator systems and modern building codes.Relevant Certifications: Electrical safety certifications are a plus.Experience: Ideally 2+ years in a similar role with a proven track record in elevator systems.As an Elevator Installation Technician, you will be part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and ingenuity.
