Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth and success of both your clients and our company.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within the concrete and construction sector.Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.Conduct persuasive presentations to potential customers to showcase product benefits.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to anticipate market demands.Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and enhance offerings.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma with relevant experience in sales or the construction industry.Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication.Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the construction or concrete sectors.This position offers significant growth opportunities as you develop your expertise and advance your career in sales.
