As a vital member of our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when needed to enhance guest experience.Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, responding to any special requests or concerns.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.Process payments and maintain a cash register accurately.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and knowledge of menu offerings.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not necessary.We pride ourselves on a supportive team culture that promotes growth and development.
