This position is vital to our operations and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our production quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to produce accurate components.Set up CNC machinery and conduct tests to ensure quality output before mass production.Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.Monitor and troubleshoot machine operations to maintain optimal performance.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and address mechanical issues as they arise.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize manufacturing processes.Maintain detailed records of programming, setups, and production metrics.Required and Preferred QualificationsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically with G-code.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining.Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in machine operations.This role operates within a modern manufacturing environment, where teamwork and collaboration are essential.
