We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Corporate Childcare Consultant to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. As part of a growing organization focused on social impact, you will work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute to tangible results in the lives of children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement tailored childcare solutions for corporates to address the needs of working parents.Conduct assessments to evaluate current childcare practices within client organizations.Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate clients, community organizations, and families.Provide training and resources to corporate clients on best practices in childcare and family support.Engage with local communities to promote programs that empower women and enhance child development.Measure and report on the social impact of childcare programs to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of families.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.Proven experience in community development and relationship management.Strong understanding of childcare solutions, social impact initiatives, and women empowerment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience using software tools for project management and communication.Minimum of 10 years of experience working in community-focused positions, preferably in childcare or social services.This position is part of a collaborative team structure, working closely with other consultants, local organizations, and corporate partners to drive effective childcare strategies.
