We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer to join our Children Files Team in Nairobi, Nairobi County, Kenya. Your role will help uphold the integrity of our programs and enhance the impact we have on the children we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update children's files, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.Assist in the collection and organization of essential documents pertaining to each child's profile.Collaborate with team members to identify and address discrepancies in data entries.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges in managing children's files.Support the training of new volunteers on data management procedures relevant to the Children Files Team.Engage with other departments to provide necessary data and support for their initiatives.Contribute to ongoing evaluations of the data management system and suggest improvements.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Knowledge of data integrity practices and data management.Experience with database software tools is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Previous volunteering experience in a related field is a plus.As a volunteer, you will be part of an empowering culture that values compassion and dedication towards making a positive impact on children's lives.
