We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Texas City, Texas. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of our projects and the overall growth of the organization by ensuring that all objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.Act as the main point of communication for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with team members to promote a productive work environment.Evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.In addition to these responsibilities, the Project Manager will be involved in special projects that may arise, collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals. Regular interaction with teams such as operations, finance, and business development will ensure cross-functional alignment and success in project delivery.
