The foundation drill rig operator is essential in delivering quality work and maintaining the company’s high standards in the construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and oversee the foundation drill rig to execute drilling projects as per specifications.Perform routine maintenance on the drilling equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure operational efficiency.Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to schedule drilling activities and adjust as necessary.Monitor drilling depth and materials encountered to ensure compliance with project requirements and report any discrepancies.Maintain safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members on site.Document daily operations and report on project progress, equipment status, and other relevant details.Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices in drilling operations.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of heavy machinery and equipment operation.Experience in drilling operations or a related field preferred (1-3 years).Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair techniques.Our team structure comprises skilled professionals from various backgrounds, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding results.
