This full-time position offers a supportive work environment and the opportunity to impact the lives of our clients by ensuring they have reliable internet access.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation of Jio Airfiber services at customer locations, ensuring high-quality work.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during installations or reported by customers.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.Manage time efficiently to complete multiple installations or service calls each day.Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and customer interactions.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.Stay updated on product enhancements and troubleshooting techniques to provide the best solutions to customers.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience in installation and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment preferred.Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication.Technical support experience is a plus.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with network configuration and internet services is advantageous.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Our team consists of skilled technicians who collaborate closely, ensuring a supportive work atmosphere where everyone contributes to our collective success.
