We are seeking a dedicated Ocean Export Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position plays an essential role in ensuring the seamless transportation of goods across international waters. Working in a dynamic logistics environment, you will directly impact our operations by providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while collaborating with various internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding ocean export logistics.Coordinate shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Assist in resolving operational issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse personnel to coordinate timely deliveries.Monitor shipments and maintain tracking updates for customers, ensuring transparency throughout the process.Prepare reports on shipping performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Maintain organized files and documentation for all export shipments and customer interactions.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.Proven communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in logistics software and tools relevant to ocean export processes.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a customer service role.Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation.The Logistics team consists of highly motivated professionals who collaborate closely to ensure operational excellence.
