This full-time role is paramount to ensuring that our goods are delivered on time, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and drive a heavy-duty truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified locations.Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and delivery activities.Adhere to all traffic laws and transportation regulations in order to promote safety and efficiency.Communicate with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, delays, or any issues faced during the transportation process.Assist with loading and unloading cargo as required to ensure timely and safe delivery.Complete necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner to aid in tracking deliveries and vehicle maintenance.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Proven experience in driving and operating large trucks; at least 2 years is preferred.Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Ability to handle physical load and work in a fast-paced environment.Our team is structured to foster collaboration and open communication.
