You will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness.Manage and train staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge in massage techniques and customer service.Create staff schedules to optimize service delivery and maintain team efficiency.Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance client satisfaction.Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies, coordinating with vendors as necessary.Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Monitor financial performance of the spa and implement cost-effective measures.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma is required; additional certification in massage therapy is preferred.Proven experience in managing a wellness or spa environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff effectively.Familiarity with spa management software and inventory management tools.A minimum of 2 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry.In this role, you will work closely with a team of skilled massage therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
