We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce and supporting the company’s talent acquisition strategy. As a dynamic member of our recruiting department, you will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough job analysis to create and develop engaging job descriptions and specifications for various roles.Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the company culture.Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers, providing valuable insights and recommendations on candidates.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, keeping all candidate information organized and accessible.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.In this role, you will be involved in various projects, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements. You will actively collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve hiring goals, ensuring that we attract the best talent in the industry.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducational Requirement: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven ability in communication, negotiation, sourcing, interviewing, and problem-solving.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and a working knowledge of various recruiting platforms.2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.Industry-standard certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are highly preferred.Our team structure is collaborative, consisting of HR professionals who encourage knowledge sharing and support each other’s growth. You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager, who will provide guidance and mentorship as you develop in your role.
