We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your impact will be felt through enhancing customer relationships and driving our business forward.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.Follow up on leads and maintain a record of interactions in the CRM system.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings to address customer needs effectively.Achieve and exceed daily and monthly call quotas set by the management.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and address any customer concerns.Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine sales strategies.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional speaking voice.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.This role is part of a collaborative team structure that emphasizes open communication and support among members. The Telecaller will report directly to the Telecalling Supervisor and will collaborate closely with the Sales team.Collaboration will extend to cross-functional teams to align on campaigns and customer feedback.
