In this impactful role, you will contribute significantly to our operations by ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and drive heavy-duty trucks in a safe and responsible manner.Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely arrival at delivery locations.Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours worked.Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route status and any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.Assist in loading and unloading cargo as necessary.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Proficient driving skills, with at least 2 years of experience in truck driving preferred.Familiarity with local and long-distance routes.Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.Our team operates in a collaborative environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
