Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support regarding treatment plans and health management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Skills: Strong patient care skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Certifications: CPR certification and other industry-standard nursing certifications. Software/Tools: Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
