This position is perfect for professionals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and are looking to have a significant impact on our technology landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services.Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate and streamline operations and processes.Perform incident management and resolution, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.Develop and maintain infrastructure as code for cloud environments to enhance scalability and efficiency.Participate in architecture reviews and technical discussions to promote best practices in cloud solutions.Lead projects focused on SRE transformations and cloud adoption across the organization.Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on cloud technologies and site reliability engineering.Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).Industry-standard certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer are preferred.In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team structure, reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure Services and working closely with product development and operations teams.
