Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis relevant to energy and mining sectors. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to energy and mining projects. Provide legal counsel on compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Assist in dispute resolution and litigation strategy, when necessary. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in operational strategies. Stay updated on legal developments in the energy and mining industries. Prepare legal documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Law is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in energy and mining sectors. Strong ability in legal research and writing. Proficiency with legal software and tools related to contract management. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications would be an advantage.
