This full-time position offers an opportunity to positively impact both the firm and the clients through quality research, documentation, and support.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.Maintain organized case files, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible.Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court officials to gather and relay information.Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including the organization of exhibits and witnesses.File legal documents with courts electronically and ensure compliance with court rules.Manage attorney calendars and schedules to facilitate meetings and court appearances.Required and Preferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.Strong research, writing, organization, and communication skills.Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred.Industry-standard certifications, such as the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) certification, are a plus.In our collaborative team environment, you will work alongside experienced attorneys and fellow paralegals who are committed to integrity and excellence.
