Facilitate communication between telecallers and management, addressing any team concerns promptly. Implement team-building initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. Develop and execute customer outreach strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive team culture. Required and preferred qualifications Any Graduate Strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage and lead teams. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a telecalling or customer service environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 3+ years of experience in telecalling, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. This position operates in a structured team environment where collaboration is key. You will work closely with other team leaders and various departments to share insights and strategies that drive performance. The reporting relationship will involve direct reporting to the Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
