The group is dedicated to healing the whole person, ensuring personalized and compassionate care for individuals of all ages.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthopaedic Surgeon, based in Toms River, NJ. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions through medical and surgical interventions. Daily responsibilities will include performing orthopedic surgeries, consulting with patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide holistic care. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic procedures and treatments.QualificationsExpertise in Orthopedic Surgery and OrthopedicsSports, Joints, Spine, or General and Non-operativeProficiency in general orthopedic/sports medicine practices and patient careExperience in Spine-related, sports medicine, joint disease and indicated treatmentsDemonstrated skills in surgical techniques and proceduresExceptional interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactionBoard certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic SurgeryActive medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey, or ability to obtainCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
