In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective line delivery management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the entire line delivery process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of automotive logistics needs.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce overhead costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery goals with organizational objectives.Analyze delivery metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to foster a high-performance culture within the department.Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and transportation partners, to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues.Prepare and present reports to senior management on delivery performance and operational improvements.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management tools.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with logistics software and tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.As a Manager in Line Delivery, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team that values collaboration and professionalism.
