Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and support our mission of providing excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly manner.Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.Collaborate with team members to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of products and services.Manage time efficiently to handle a varied volume of customer requests throughout your shift.Gather customer feedback to help enhance our services and improve the customer experience.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience in customer service is a plus, though not required.Familiarity with using computers and basic software applications.Preferred: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.We believe in fostering a supportive team environment that encourages growth and innovation.
