You will contribute to the satisfaction and safety of our customers, making a significant impact in their daily lives.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport clients to their destinations as per scheduled appointments.Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular inspections and maintenance checks.Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with passengers and addressing their needs.Manage and document trip schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining safety protocols at all times.Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring a smooth transition in and out of the vehicle.Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management for immediate resolution.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven driving skills with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Strong customer service abilities to interact positively with clients.Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to navigate using GPS and other tools effectively.You will be part of a dynamic team structure that values collaboration and communication.
