We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the construction and manufacturing B2B sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients across the USA.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and manufacturing sectors.Create strategic business plans to achieve growth and financial targets.Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts.Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that promote our services and solutions.Track performance metrics and prepare reports to present to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM software and tools relevant to business development.A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.Our company is committed to fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
