We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. As a pivotal player in our sales department, you will be working in a full-time capacity within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales and lead generation. Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management regarding progress against targets. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as necessary.
