Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with individuals, encouraging open communication. Provide companionship and emotional support through regular interactions and activities. Assist in daily living tasks, promoting independence while offering necessary support. Engage in social and recreational activities to enhance quality of life. Monitor and report any changes in the well-being of individuals to relevant parties. Collaborate with team members to create personalized care plans. Participate in community events to foster relationships and promote an inclusive environment. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others. Prior experience in a caregiving or supportive role is a plus. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team structure that values collaboration and mutual growth. You will report directly to the Community Manager, who will provide guidance and supervision, ensuring you have the resources needed for success in your role.
