We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. As a Personal Assistant, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency of the organization by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the daily schedule of senior executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.Maintain organized records and files for efficient retrieval of information.Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, and providing regular updates.Handle various administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and other communications as necessary.Support office operations by coordinating logistics and facilities management.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional certification in office management is a plus.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Our company fosters a collaborative and engaging culture, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
