Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash in accordance with company policies. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and fresh produce is rotated appropriately. Report daily sales figures and customer feedback to management, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma is required. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive customer interactions. Basic math skills for handling sales transactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Familiarity with inventory management tools is a plus. Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
