This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of ZAR 25,000 and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.Accurately process transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities.Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure overall operational efficiency.Perform daily reconciliation of cash register and report discrepancies as needed.Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.Required and Preferred QualificationsMust possess a Matric Certificate.Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.Prior experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.Our team is composed of motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
