Key Responsibilities Prepare soil and plant various types of plants, shrubs, and flowers as per seasonal requirements. Regularly water plants, ensuring they receive the appropriate care for optimal growth. Maintain garden tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Monitor plant health, identifying and resolving issues such as pests or diseases promptly. Implement landscaping projects as directed, including layout and installation of new plants. Collaborate with fellow team members to complete garden maintenance tasks successfully. Keep records of gardening activities, including planting dates and any problems encountered. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in gardening or horticulture preferred. Strong understanding of planting techniques and horticultural practices. Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment effectively. Familiarity with pest management and disease control measures. Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
